The bed arrived on time and the driver called me  30 minutes.before they arrived. The delivery guys unloaded the bed and head board and assembled it for me in my bedroom. Great guys. This includes the great choice of bed and headboard styles available, price, the offering of left, right, and end opening ottomans, delivery, assembly, communication, and handling of a problem when it arose.
I am not big and strong, but have no problem lifting the top of the bed (I chose a side opener), the mechanism appears strong and I have no fear of it falling back on top of me!
After placing my order online, I have received excellent help from Ash who has guided the whole process.
