2.2 Your order constitutes an offer; acceptance occurs upon our order confirmation or dispatch.
2.3 We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing, product descriptions, or availability.


3. Ordering & Acceptance

3.1 Orders placed via our online system represent your offer. We’ll accept your order by sending an order confirmation email or dispatching your order.
3.2 If we’re unable to supply your order (e.g. out of stock), we’ll notify you promptly and refund any payment within 30 days.
3.3 Product images are for illustrative purposes; only items expressly detailed in your order are included.


4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices listed on our site (all prices include UK VAT) are as stated at time of order confirmation.
4.2 We reserve the right to adjust prices due to increases in costs such as materials or dutieswithout notice.
4.3 Full payment must be received before delivery.
4.4 Overdue payments will incur interest at 2% above Bank of England’s base rate, applied daily from the due date until paid.
4.5 In the event of a clear pricing error (e.g., misplaced decimal), we aren’t bound to fulfil the order but will promptly refund any amount paid.


5. Product Information

5.1 We endeavour to describe products accurately, but we reserve the right to update specifications without notice, provided it doesn’t reduce quality.
5.2 Colours shown may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.


6. Warranty & Liability

6.1 We offer a 5-year warranty on all new beds and mattresses against manufacturing faults.
6.2 The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.
6.3 Report any defects within 30 days of delivery. We may request evidence (e.g., photos) and will repair or replace at our discretion.
6.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, nor fraudulent misrepresentation.


7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
7.2 We deliver within mainland UK only (excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and certain postcodes).
7.3 We aim to deliver within 7–10 working days for in-stock items (or sooner if delivery date is specified).
7.4 Delivery is deemed complete once items are handed over to a courier carrying UK insurance and delivered to the address you specified—typically the front door, or ground-floor lobby for flats.
7.5 Failed deliveries (e.g. nobody available) incur a £75 re-delivery fee.
7.6 If assembly service is booked:

  • You are responsible for ensuring clear access (e.g. no narrow stairwells).

  • A £75 charge applies for failed delivery or assembly due to access issues.

  • Mains slots for top floors may incur additional surcharges if no lift is available.


8. Receiving & Inspecting Goods

8.1 On delivery, inspect packaging and, if damaged, sign as “Damaged†or “Uncheckedâ€.
8.2 Notify us of any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery (via email or phone); late claims may be ineligible.


9. Title & Risk

9.1 Risk passes to you on delivery.
9.2 Title remains with us until full payment (including delivery charges) is cleared.
9.3 You may not sell or use the products before title has passed.


10. Cancellation & Returns

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g. strikes, extreme weather, materials shortages). If such events continue beyond 30 days, either party may terminate the Contract with notice.


12. Insolvency

If you become insolvent or are unable to pay debts, we may immediately terminate any unfulfilled Contract and seek payment.


13. Notices

All notices under these Terms must be in writing and sent to our registered address or official email, and we will address notices to you at the email or postal address provided.


14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


15. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment details are securely processed; we do not store credit card data.

17. Bed Assembly & Removal Liability Waiver

By opting in to our assembly or removal service, you agree and accept that:

  • Our teams will exercise care, but bulky furniture carries inherent risks.

  • You are responsible for ensuring clear access.

  • We accept no liability for accidental damage during assembly/removal, though our teams will act professionally.

  • You indemnify us against any third‑party claims arising from these services.

  • Services may be refused or withdrawn at our discretion for safety or access concerns.
