Returns & Refunds Policy:
At The Bed Village Yorkshire, we prioritise the satisfaction of every customer and aim to provide unwavering support throughout their journey with us.
When you invest in a product from The Bed Village Yorkshire, you’re investing in a custom made bed crafted exclusively for you. Each item leaving our workshop is meticulously tailored to your specifications, rendering it unique and bespoke. Consequently, we do not accept returns for made-to-order items unless they are deemed faulty or if an incorrect product has been delivered.
Should you encounter any issues with your ordered items, please reach out to our dedicated Customer Services Team at 0800 844 5982 within 7 days of delivery. Providing images showcasing any damage or imperfections will facilitate our assessment and ensure prompt resolution.
In the event that a return is warranted, we’ll coordinate a collection aligned with our existing delivery schedule. You needn’t disassemble the product for our collection team; we simply request that the item remains in its received condition.
We may ask for you to send us photos or videos of any areas of damage or imperfection in order to offer you a suitable course of action.
If you do opt to return, please ensure that the item is returned in the condition it was received in. Any items returned without adequate packaging which leads to damage during the return will incur a cost equating to the extent of damage caused.
For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging. Please check you have received the correct mattress size and style prior to removing the packaging as once the packaging has been removed, we cannot accept a return for hygiene purposes.
Order Cancellations:
Customers retain the flexibility to cancel orders for a full refund prior to commencement of production.
Once an order progresses to the production stage post-confirmation, cancellation remains feasible but incurs a 50% cancellation fee. This fee accounts for the loss of committed raw materials, as well as administrative and processing costs incurred.
Refunds:
Eligible refunds are promptly processed, either upon immediate qualification or upon receipt of returned goods at our warehouse. All refunds are issued via the original method of payment and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
Failed Deliveries:
Failure to be present to accept delivery within the agreed 4-hour slot may result in a £75 re-delivery fee. Please note that all re-delivery attempts adhere to our delivery schedule, van capacity, and local area availability.
